Senior Hair Stylist

Location: DIFC – Index Tower, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Senior Hair Stylist will be responsible for delivering expert-level hair services with a focus on bespoke styling, cutting, coloring, and treatment techniques tailored to individual client needs.

This position requires a dynamic, trend-aware professional who thrives in a high-performance culture and embodies the elegance and discretion expected in a luxury setting.

Provide advanced hair services including:

· Precision haircutting (short, long, contemporary & classic styles)

· Luxury blowouts & styling

· Hair coloring: balayage, foiling, root tint, global color, ombré

· Hair treatments: keratin, botox, protein, deep conditioning

· Hair extensions: application, blending, and maintenance

· Conduct detailed consultations to assess client needs, lifestyle, and hair condition

· Provide expert advice on style suitability, aftercare, and product usage

· Manage appointment times effectively to ensure premium client service without delay

· Stay updated with the latest international hair trends, tools, and techniques

· Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with UAE regulations and salon standards

· Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing workstation at all times

· Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior stylists and assistants

· Support the management team in training sessions, product knowledge briefings, and internal skill development programs

· Represent the salon in photoshoots, collaborations, influencer appointments, and brand events where required

· Recommend and promote salon-exclusive products based on client needs

· Meet or exceed monthly targets related to retail sales and client rebookings

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-end clientele

· Ensure clients feel pampered, heard, and valued from consultation through to post-service follow-up

· Handle VIP clients and special requests with utmost professionalism and discretion

· Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in a premium or luxury salon environment

· Formal certification in hairdressing or cosmetology from a recognized institution

· Proven expertise in contemporary color and styling techniques

· Strong visual portfolio of past work (Instagram/website/attachment)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage

· Professional appearance and demeanor; fashion-forward grooming is expected

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak season demands
