MYSTT – My Story To Tell is a modern luxury salon based in Dubai, created to offer more than just appointments — we create an experience.
Our salon is built around confidence, transformation, creativity, and making every client feel seen, heard, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
We are currently looking for Senior Stylists and Creative Directors to join our growing team.
We are looking for passionate, highly skilled hairdressers who can bring fresh energy, creativity, professionalism, and excitement to the salon environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, excellent work ethic, confidence with clients, and a genuine passion for the hair industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Strong skills in all aspects of hairdressing including:
- – Colour work
- – Cutting & styling
- – Blow-dries & finishing
- – Hair up / occasion styling
- Hair extensions experience is a bonus
- High standard of customer care and consultation skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team player with strong communication skills
Salary Bracket
- **Hairstylist:** AED 6,000 –+ commission
- **Senior Stylist:** AED 9,000 + commission
