- Own the full sales cycle for both supply and demand of quick commerce: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing
- Run field sales across key cities
- Build and manage a structured pipeline, from outbound campaigns to fast follow up on inbound leads, referrals, and event contacts
- Develop and negotiate commercial partnerships with demand generating platforms, e commerce enablers, and ecosystem players
- Design Arabic first outreach and commercial materials
- Drive expansion revenue plans within existing accounts
- Run pricing, packaging, and positioning experiments with clear metrics
- Feed structured market and competitor intelligence back to the product team
- Represent the company at logistics, retail, and e commerce events across the Kingdom
Requirements
- 5–10 years of B2B sales, business development, or partnerships experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally in logistics, delivery, SaaS, marketplaces, or fintech
- A proven, verifiable quota carrying track record
- Demonstrated partnership outcomes you personally sourced, negotiated, and operationalized
- Deep familiarity with the Saudi delivery and logistics ecosystem
- Experience selling to owner operated SMBs as well as larger businesses and platforms
- Native or fluent Arabic and professional English
- Comfortable operating independently in a lean team
- Data driven and experiment minded

The Role
- We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own revenue growth across both sides of our network. This is a hands on, target carrying role that combines direct B2B sales with strategic partnership development. You will be the growth function — enhancing the playbooks, running the deals, and growing
Day to day, you will:
- Own the full sales cycle for both supply and demand of quick commerce: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing; with a team — then handing off cleanly to onboarding.
- Run field sales across key cities; much of this market is won face to face and through trusted referrals.
- Build and manage a structured pipeline, from outbound campaigns to fast follow up on inbound leads, referrals, and event contacts.
- Develop and negotiate commercial partnerships with demand generating platforms, e commerce enablers, and ecosystem players to open new acquisition channels.
- Design Arabic first outreach and commercial materials suited to how business owners in this market actually communicate.
- Drive expansion revenue plans within existing accounts: upgrades across subscription tiers, additional cities, and new use cases.
- Run pricing, packaging, and positioning experiments with clear metrics and honest kill decisions; report a single weekly growth dashboard covering pipeline, conversion, activation, and expansion.
- Feed structured market and competitor intelligence back to the product team to sharpen the roadmap.
- Represent the company at logistics, retail, and e commerce events across the Kingdom and convert that presence into pipeline.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of B2B sales, business development, or partnerships experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally in logistics, delivery, SaaS, marketplaces, or fintech.
- A proven, verifiable quota carrying track record — you can walk us through the deals, the numbers, and the references.
- Demonstrated partnership outcomes you personally sourced, negotiated, and operationalized.
- Deep familiarity with the Saudi delivery and logistics ecosystem, including its commercial dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Experience selling to owner operated SMBs (short, trust based cycles) as well as to larger businesses and platforms (longer cycles, procurement, technical integrations).
- Native or fluent Arabic and professional English; able to produce polished commercial materials in both.
- Comfortable operating independently in a lean team: you build materials, CRM discipline, and close deals, and comfortable use AI to as a second brain.
- Data driven and experiment minded, with experience in tiered or usage based pricing and land and expand growth motions a strong plus.
