Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design and branding efforts for SHURFAT REAL STATE DEVELOPMENT
- Design marketing and promotional materials for digital and print channels
- Create visual concepts for property launches
- Develop brand assets that support project campaigns
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to translate project briefs into compelling visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across presentations, brochures, social media, and signage
- Oversee design quality, providing guidance to junior designers or external vendors
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s visual identity
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a proven ability to create visually impactful materials for real estate or related industries
- Ability to develop and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that support a cohesive, recognizable corporate identity
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced compositions
- Advanced skills in industry standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools)
- Demonstrated experience in managing end to end design projects, from concept development to final production
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital content, preferably for property or lifestyle brands
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on site in Jeddah within cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Role Description
- The Senior Graphic Designer is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah, responsible for leading the visual design and branding efforts for SHURFAT REAL STATE DEVELOPMENT.
- Day to day tasks include designing marketing and promotional materials for digital and print channels, creating visual concepts for property launches, and developing brand assets that support project campaigns.
- The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to translate project briefs into compelling visuals and ensure brand consistency across presentations, brochures, social media, and signage.
