Position Summary
The role creates visual communication assets across digital, print, retail, and experiential platforms.
The designer will transform requirements into compelling visual narratives while maintaining brand consistency and production excellence.
The role requires motion graphics expertise, conceptual thinking, technical precision, and confidence across multiple production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, advertising campaign visuals, digital marketing assets, website banners, and custom-format website creatives.
- Create instructional materials and visual storytelling frameworks that explain product processes, services, and user journeys.
- Produce print collateral, event branding, retail and in-store branding, large-format outdoor advertising, merchandise, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Develop tutorial explainers, walkthroughs, and short promotional animations.
- Use AI-powered creative tools for ideation, design efficiency, mockups, content adaptation, and visual experimentation while preserving originality and brand integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
- 6 to 8 years of professional design experience across digital, print, retail, and motion graphics formats.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative depth, brand thinking, and execution excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including collaborative workflows and component-based design systems.
- Working knowledge of modern AI design tools and generative platforms.
- Familiarity with basic 3D visualization tools is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, color theory, branding, and large-format production standards.
