About the Role
AIO Technology LLC is seeking a Senior Golang Engineer to join their Dubai office. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems using Golang, building scalable microservices, and working with Apache Kafka and gRPC.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high performance Golang applications
- Build scalable microservices and distributed systems
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and gRPC services
- Work with Apache Kafka for event driven architecture
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software
- Write clean, maintainable, and well tested code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Golang development
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
- Experience with Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems
- Hands on experience with Apache Kafka and gRPC
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ClickHouse
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Proficiency with Git and Jira
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Candidate Requirements
- Must currently be residing in the UAE.
- Must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa.

- Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI.
- Hands on experience using AI powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or similar AI coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 11,000 – AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience).
