We have immediate openings, and are looking a qualified senior GIS Programmer/Systems Analyst with 5 or more years of experience to join our certified, awarding winning, and innovative IT team!

Job location is in Baltimore County.

The Senior GIS Programmer/Systems Analyst will perform application development and support activities supporting the Office of Information Technology’s GIS Program and the Office of Planning for Baltimore County.

The programmer will assist in the upgrade and development of an Agricultural Preservation Model, upgrading the current custom ArcMap AddIn (C#/Python ) to an ArcGIS Pro AddIn.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule established in coordination with the hiring manager after onboarding, training and issuance of equipment.

The consultant may work remotely up to 2 days per week, equivalent to approximately 40% remote and 60% onsite.

Fully remote or out-of-state employment is not authorized at this time.
