New Value Solutions is seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer to support AI application development, integration, and operationalization.

The role is hands-on and focused on LLM integration, reusable AI capabilities, and intelligent agentic systems for enterprise products and workflows.

The successful candidate will act as technical lead and primary developer within an Innovation Team.

Build production-grade AI applications with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and open-source LLMs.
Create reusable AI and agentic frameworks, components, patterns, and reference architectures.
Design agent-based and multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks.
Implement RAG and GraphRAG solutions with embeddings and vector databases.
Integrate AI into enterprise applications, workflows, APIs, and digital products.
Deploy, monitor, maintain, and support AI solutions in Microsoft Azure.
Develop evaluation, governance, monitoring, and operational controls for AI solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, design discussions, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, and documentation.
