- We are an entrepreneurial, fast growing, multi channel food operations and route logistics company headquartered in North York.
- Operating at the intersection of retail automation, warehouse fulfillment, and fresh food production, our environment is fast paced, lean, and highly execution driven.
The Role
- This is a highly tactical, hands on role for a bright accounting professional who enjoys full cycle transactional execution, loves operational logic, and wants to step into a leadership capacity.
- Reporting directly to Senior Leadership, you will take absolute ownership of our day to day transaction processing, ledger hygiene, and the direct supervision of our team.

- Month End, HST & WSIB Compliance: Book accurate month end journal entries, run general ledger reconciliations, prepare provincial tax returns (HST tracking), compile WSIB filings, and systematically prepare clean working papers for year end review.
- Payment Administration: Queue and manage vendor payables electronically via our automated spend management platforms, ensuring tight internal controls before final executive authorization.
- Audit Support: Assist with auditing processes to support organizational financial health.
