Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and modern agentic frameworks.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including document processing, retrieval strategies, vector databases, and context management.
• Design and implement multi-agent architectures with tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, and observability.
• Develop scalable Python and FastAPI backend services using asynchronous programming and integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate, monitor, and improve LLM performance through prompt engineering, LLM evaluations, human-in-the-loop workflows, and secure cloud deployment.

Required Skills

• Production-grade LLM solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
• Agentic AI frameworks including LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming.
• RAG pipelines and vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, and pgvector.
• Prompt engineering, LLM evaluations, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
