Responsibilities
- Manage the FX and CFD dealing desk, including executing and monitoring client orders
- Manage pricing and ensure aligned risk exposure across products and markets
- Oversee risk management activities such as monitoring market movements, managing hedging strategies, and maintaining position limits
- Optimize spreads and execution quality
- Liaise with liquidity providers
- Support the development of trading and risk tools
- Prepare regular reports for management on trading performance and risk metrics
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, and client facing teams to ensure smooth trading operations and high quality client service
Requirements
- Strong experience in FX and CFD trading, including dealing desk operations and execution management
- Proficiency in risk management, including position monitoring, hedging strategies, and exposure control
- Solid understanding of financial markets, market microstructure, and liquidity management
- Experience working with trading platforms, pricing engines, and related trading technologies
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and prepare clear risk and performance reports
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in a brokerage or investment firm environment, ideally in a similar senior dealing/risk role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- High attention to detail, strong ethics, and commitment to regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Willingness to work on site in Dubai and manage responsibilities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment

Qualifications
- Strong experience in FX and CFD trading, including dealing desk operations and execution management.
