About the opportunity
Ericsson is seeking a Senior Functional System Developer for its Product Systems and Integration team.
The role supports radio and wireless communication product development through system solution design, technical studies, and cross-functional leadership.
The position includes strategic and exploratory studies that influence product roadmaps, technology investments, and customer solutions.
Functional systemization and solution design
- Translate customer, market, regulatory, and product requirements into functional system solutions.
- Define system requirements, use cases, interfaces, behaviors, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive systemization from concept through implementation, integration, verification, and commercial release.
Technical leadership and studies
- Lead feasibility studies, concept investigations, architecture evaluations, technology assessments, and pre-development activities.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and develop recommendations using technical, risk, cost-benefit, and data-driven analysis.
- Provide technical leadership, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and mentor engineers.
