Proficiency with SQL, Excel, data visualization tools, JavaScript, Python, cloud web applications, and Azure DevOps.

Experience in the electrical utility industry.
Track record of leading projects from inception to implementation and delivering measurable business value.
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and leading end-to-end system analysis and design.
Experience mentoring product team members and supporting an ESS product after implementation.

Lead stakeholder workshops and define ESS functionality scope.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and liaise with business, technical, and vendor teams.
Manage epics, user stories, tasks, and backlog for Scrum and project delivery.
Create as-is and to-be process diagrams for ESS solution design and delivery.
Identify product delivery gaps, enhancements, and efficiency opportunities.
Support quality assurance, technical, change management, SIT, and UAT activities.
