Senior Fullstack Engineer, Marketing

Experience building systems for a marketing, growth, or GTM engineering context, such as web platforms, content tooling, or campaign infrastructure

Experience working in a remote-first or distributed organization

Experience mentoring other engineers and influencing technical direction beyond your own individual work

Explaining those trade-offs clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders

GTM Engineering builds and operates the technical systems that support how we reach and grow our audience. The team partners closely with Marketing, Design, and Content to turn business and campaign goals into reliable technical execution. The work spans web platforms, content tooling, and campaign infrastructure, and it's highly cross-functional, which means backend decisions made here often ripple out to other teams' timelines.
