The position involves independent troubleshooting, client communication, and awareness of project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality solutions integrating front-end and back-end technologies.
- Write reusable code and develop maintainable, performance-driven web applications, websites, and components.
- Document architecture, workflows, and internal processes to support knowledge transfer.
- Participate in code reviews and provide actionable feedback on pull requests.
- Estimate work efforts and contribute to reusable component libraries.
- Mentor developers, help debug issues, and drive team collaboration and communication.
- Contribute from concept and research through implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Support new client work and continuing client engagements.
Must-have qualifications
- At least 3 years in a technical leadership role such as tech lead, team lead, or principal web developer within an agency.
