Webenia for Digital Solutions is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its development team.
The role is for a technical generalist working across backend, frontend, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production support.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications.
- Work across backend and frontend development to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Design and develop REST APIs, integrations, and third-party services.
- Work with payment gateways, shipping platforms, and external APIs.
- Design and optimize databases and application performance.
- Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Support cloud deployments and production environments.
- Work with Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
- Take ownership of technical tasks and solve problems independently.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team when needed.
What we're looking for
- 5–7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend experience with Laravel/PHP, Node.js/Express.js, or similar technologies.
- Strong frontend experience with Vue.js, Nuxt, React, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL, with experience in MongoDB and Redis.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication, and integrations.
- Experience with AWS and cloud deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and GitHub Actions.
- Good understanding of Nginx, reverse proxy, API gateway, and load balancing.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, OOP, data structures, and system design.
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools are a plus.
