Build serverless and containerized applications for scalable cloud deployment.

Design software for performance, security, resilience, observability and maintainability.

Apply strong architectural principles and engineering judgment when evaluating and validating AI-generated solutions.

Champion AI-driven software engineering practices across the complete development lifecycle.

Continuously experiment with and adopt modern AI development tools, coding agents, and engineering automation that improve developer productivity and software quality.

Treat AI-generated code with the same engineering rigor as human-written code, ensuring solutions meet architectural, security, performance, testing, and maintainability standards.

Write clean, modular, reusable and maintainable code following established engineering standards.

Identify opportunities to create reusable components, services, patterns, and automation rather than duplicating solutions across products.

Participate in technical design and code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Contribute to architecture decisions and platform improvements.

Share effective AI-assisted engineering techniques and best practices across the team.

Take full ownership of features and services from concept and technical design through production deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

Work closely with Product, Design, Platform, CloudOps and other engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.

Proactively identify and remove technical blockers rather than waiting for direction.

Communicate technical concepts, design decisions, risks, and trade-offs effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong ownership and urgency in driving deliverables through the finish line.

Build solutions and documentation that enable other engineers to understand, maintain, and extend your work.

Strong engineering fundamentals and the judgment to critically evaluate, test and improve AI-generated solutions.
