Build across the full stack
Design and ship end-to-end product features spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Work deeply in the Superset ecosystem (React + Python + SQL + APIs)
Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of user-facing workflows
Own major technical initiatives
Lead large projects such as semantic layer integrations, caching/performance improvements, embedded analytics experiences, or permissions modernization
Drive technical planning, tradeoff discussions, and execution across teams
Raise engineering standards
Set best practices for code quality, testing, observability, and maintainability
Mentor senior and junior engineers and strengthen team execution
Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful outcomes
Work closely with open-source contributors and the Apache Superset community
Shape the future of analytics + AI
Build workflows that support AI-assisted analytics, LLM integrations, and next-generation BI experiences
Help define what “modern analytics” looks like in an open ecosystem
