About the Role
Intercom is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Team Web.
The role involves crafting intuitive front-end experiences and building backend systems, designing and maintaining web solutions, and optimizing website performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions
- Collaborate with design, brand, marketing, and content teams
- Develop backend logic and APIs, manage data flows
- Optimize website performance
- Set up and manage infrastructure
- Implement and maintain web analytics
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful and Sanity
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as CircleCI
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, and CloudFront
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
