Lendable is looking for a full-stack Python engineer to join its Central Operations team.
Central Operations builds internal web applications and automations across Cards, Loans, and Motor products.
The role will ship features used daily by Operations teams and help shape the team's technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Build internally facing web applications for Central Operations teams.
- Develop robust automations that support efficient operations at scale.
- Work with Product, Data Science, and Analytics to deploy useful AI solutions.
- Improve operational tools such as QA administration systems and operations panels.
- Build LLM-powered workflows that summarize customer calls into concise notes.
- Increase complaint-processing capacity through AI automation and improved user experience.
