The platform includes partner APIs, operations and partner interfaces, automated underwriting, disbursement, EMI servicing, and regulatory reporting.

The team uses a spec-first, AI-augmented development workflow in a regulated financial sector.

Design and build the LMS end-to-end with Java and Spring backend services and React operational and partner interfaces.
Deliver production-grade code with reviews, high test coverage, and observability using tools such as Kibana, Elastic APM, and Prometheus or Grafana.
Use AI coding assistants while remaining accountable for correctness, security, and maintainability.
Refine specifications, create JIRA stories, identify missing scope, and own features across Kafka contracts, REST endpoints, and React screens.
Share technical knowledge and proactively improve tooling and engineering practices.

At least five years of production Java 17 or later and Spring ecosystem experience.
At least three years of hands-on production React experience.
