Role Overview
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will build and scale Sphere's risk intelligence platform.
The role covers the full technology stack, core product features, system performance, and architectural decisions.
The position is hybrid and located in Gurgaon, requiring applicants to live in Gurgaon or within commuting distance.
Full-Stack Development
- Develop, test, and maintain code across Python/Django, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Translate product and UX designs into functional interfaces and responsive web applications.
- Build API endpoints for AI/ML models, third-party data sources, and internal services.
- Track progress and deploy code using GitHub, Docker, and AWS.
Architecture and Design
- Design and implement modular, secure, and high-performance systems with the CTO.
- Participate in planning for microservices, caching layers, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
- Contribute to scalability, security hardening, and fault-tolerant platform initiatives.
