Key responsibilities
- Own sustainability data analytics applications and digital platforms, ensuring reliable operation, enhancement, and scalability.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, document, and support full-stack solutions across analytics, data management, and governance.
- Develop cloud-native applications, APIs, and integrations using AWS while supporting future GCP adoption.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Build AI-powered and agentic workflows that automate manual processes and improve productivity.
- Apply security, performance, code quality, automated testing, and maintainability best practices.
- Provide technical guidance on solution architecture, technology strategy, and platform evolution.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, data engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including enterprise applications.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting cloud-native AWS solutions.
- Experience owning software delivery from concept through production deployment and support.
- Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and developing APIs, integrations, database applications, and automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and autonomous working skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with sustainability, ESG, data analytics, engineering, or enterprise reporting applications.
- Experience with AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, or workflow automation.
- Experience with GCP, Power BI, Snowflake, data engineering, or data governance solutions.
- Solution architecture or technical leadership experience in small, lean teams.
