RunLoyal is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to lead strategic builds.

The role covers AI products, greenfield modules, and flagship platform projects from ambiguity through delivery.

The engineer will work with the Head of Engineering and Head of Product on new initiatives.

Own strategic builds from first principles through architecture, delivery, release, and post-release iteration.
Set technical direction and mentor teammates through pairing, reviewing, and working practice.
Deliver projects with agentic coding, spec-driven development, AI-led test generation, and context management.
Co-author AI engineering playbooks and improve how the team builds software.
Design and ship Spring Boot microservices, RESTful APIs, and Angular or React frontends.
Write efficient SQL, optimize JVM performance, own production issues, and improve documentation.
