What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end slices of the agent experience across UI, APIs, and backend services.
- Continuously ship agent-facing features into production and stay accountable for reliability, latency, incidents, and observability.
- Turn ambiguous product bets into working software in days, then use usage data to decide whether to continue or delete them.
- Work directly with AI and science engineers on tools, context, and streaming behavior in the product.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building and operating full-stack products in production.
