The Senior Full-stack Engineer will ship end-to-end features that patients and clinicians depend on every day.
The role is focused on user outcomes, product judgment, security, data residency, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Build TypeScript and Node.js backend services and React interfaces for patient and clinician products.
- Model application data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL and integrate features with ML and AI services.
- Shape product decisions, challenge requirements when needed, and measure the impact of shipped work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards.
- Triage collaborative error-monitoring alerts and participate in periodic SideQuest hackathon days.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Availability during North American business hours with daily overlap with European colleagues; Eastern Time is preferred.
- A track record of shipping features with measurable user impact.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js ability; GraphQL and tRPC familiarity is preferred.
