Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Minimum 7+ Coding experience
- AWS Experience - Must Meet ONE of the Following: 6+ years of hands-on experience using AWS as a developer, OR 6+ years managing AWS infrastructure/cloud environments, OR 4+ years of AWS experience with a valid AWS certification (see accepted certifications below) Accepted AWS Certifications (Ideal): AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, or AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- 6+ years of hands-on experience using AWS as a developer, OR
- 6+ years managing AWS infrastructure/cloud environments, OR
- 4+ years of AWS experience with a valid AWS certification (see accepted certifications below)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, or
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and their practical applications in development workflows
- Ability to build end-to-end solutions with minimum coupling
- Strong understanding of git/source control
- Comfortable working with and understanding both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
- Ability to co-write technical documentation with AI/familiarity
- Experience working with Docker
