You'll be working as a Senior Developer 2 on our MDR Endpoint cloud team, responsible for ensuring quality through automation, executing deployments, and maintaining the reliability of Arctic Wolf's endpoint software across multiple platforms and cloud environments.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
Act as the technical lead of the team, focused on designing, architecting, and overseeing all the team’s projects
Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases across customer environments and geographies
Design and implement automated builds, testing, deployment, and rollback strategies
Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and workflows for cloud-based services
Build and maintain quality gates and validation frameworks to ensure release readiness
Collaborate with software developers, QA, customer support, and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues and assist with root cause analysis
Manage and optimize infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and vSphere environments
Build runbooks and documentation for internal teams and end users
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements during deployments
Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes, leveraging automation to ensure efficiency, reliability, and quality
Evaluate and implement new relevant technologies and tools
Mentor junior engineers
Assist and contribute to intra/inter-team planning

Your analytical skills enable you to resolve complex issues efficiently across diverse platforms and cloud environments, while your collaborative mindset ensures effective communication within your team and across cross-functional teams. You are committed to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies while maintaining high standards of quality, security, documentation, and process improvement in all projects you undertake
