About UAEERF

  • The UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation (UAEERF) is the official national governing body for equestrian sports in the UAE.
  • Oversees Endurance, Show Jumping, Dressage, Eventing and Tent Pegging.
  • Manages digital services including online registration, event entries, veterinary e services, licenses, calendars, results and staff workflows — all bilingual (Arabic/English) and FEI compliant.

Role Purpose

  • Looking for a high caliber Senior Full Stack Developer who is also an excellent Portal Web Designer to redesign and modernize the entire UAEERF portal ecosystem.
  • Dual role: design beautiful, user friendly bilingual portals and work closely with Head of IT and a small team.
  • Critical requirement: must be AI native — especially expert with Anthropic Claude.

Key Responsibilities Portal Design & UX

  • Own the end to end design of client and staff portals (Figma).
  • Create modern, mobile first, bilingual (RTL/LTR) interfaces.
  • Design registration, event entry, veterinary services, dashboards and approval workflows.
  • Build a consistent design system and component library.

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development

  • Architect and develop the complete portal (frontend + backend + database + APIs).
  • Build role based access, document uploads, approval workflows, and audit trails.
  • Integrate payments, notifications, calendars and search.
  • Ensure security, performance, and high availability during event seasons.
  • Mentor the existing team and raise technical standards.

Key Responsibilities AI & Claude Native Delivery

  • Use Claude Code and multi agent workflows as primary development tools.
  • Implement production AI features (document intelligence, RAG over regulations, staff request triage assistant, client copilots, smart forms).
  • Build secure, observable and cost controlled AI pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience Full Stack Development (Expert)

  • Frontend: React / Next.js 15+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS / shadcn/ui, RTL Arabic support.
  • Backend: Node.js (NestJS preferred) or Laravel + REST/GraphQL.
  • Database: MySQL + Redis.
  • Auth & Security: OAuth2/JWT, RBAC, MFA readiness, audit logs UAEPASS.
  • DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/Azure or UAE providers).

Required Skills & Experience Portal Web Design & UX (Critical)

  • Expert in Figma + ability to turn designs into production code.
  • Proven portfolio of membership / licensing / event registration/government or sports portals.
  • Strong bilingual (Arabic/English) and RTL design skills.

Required Skills & Experience Soft Skills

  • Excellent English (Arabic is a major plus).
  • Ability to work with non technical stakeholders and write clear documentation.
  • Comfortable in a small, high impact team under event season pressure.
  • Experience with membership, licensing or sports federation systems is highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate

  • 7–12 years full stack experience.
  • You design in Figma and ship production code yourself.
  • You are a daily Claude Code power user who can orchestrate multi agent workflows and deliver real AI features.
  • You want ownership and impact, not just coding tickets.

Pay

  • AED12,000.00 AED15,000.00 per month.
