Responsibilities
- Design and build secure, scalable backend services and integration layers spanning SaaS, enterprise, and AI capabilities
- Design, build, and maintain APIs, webhooks, and service to service integrations across internal and third party systems
- Build content driven frontend applications backed by APIs
- Integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into customer and employee facing digital products
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows meeting enterprise security and compliance requirements
- Build event driven pipelines and data flows powering product features, automation, and analytics
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or Bicep
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 7+ years building production grade software across backend and frontend
- Strong experience designing and maintaining APIs and service based or event driven architectures
- Strong proficiency in a modern backend language (Java, C#/.NET, Node.js, Go, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Hands on experience with a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization flows
- Solid SQL, data modeling, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar) experience
- Strong knowledge of Shift Left SDLC practices including unit and integration testing
