Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET/Angular)

Pioneering Evolution is seeking a highly motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of secure, scalable, and modular software solutions for a mission-focused federal software platform. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications that meet stringent compliance, audit, security, and performance requirements while helping drive the evolution of software engineering best practices across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 7 years of full-stack software development experience using .NET Core and modern front-end frameworks. • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing applications using the Angular Framework. • Strong expertise in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and secure coding standards. • Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications in compliance-driven environments. • Strong proficiency with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL, including database design and performance optimization. • Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and contributing to technical leadership initiatives. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a cross-functional team environment. • Must be available to work full-time and on-site in the Washington D.C. metro area. • U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance are required.
