Our Doha office plays a central role in building scalable systems, enhancing guest experiences, and driving digital transformation across the GCC.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Full-Stack Developer** to design, implement, and oversee enterprise-grade applications.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver robust solutions across both front-end and back-end environments.
Key Responsibilities
- **Application Development**: Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- **Front-End Engineering**: Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- **Back-End Engineering**: Design and implement APIs, microservices, and server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- **Database Management**: Optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
- **Cloud Integration**: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- **Security & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with designers, product managers, and QA teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- **Mentorship**: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of **full-stack frameworks** and GCC digital environments.
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular/Vue.js, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in hospitality, travel-tech, or digital platform organizations preferred.
