Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-First)

tentwenty is the Middle East's largest independent digital agency, building for enterprise and government clients across the region.

We're going through a deliberate shift to become an AI-first agency, and we need a senior full-stack developer who can help lead that shift, not just adapt to it.

This role is based in Dubai.

The role

We're looking for a true full-stack developer, someone who is genuinely strong across both frontend and backend, not a specialist who dabbles on the other side.

You'll be trusted to own complex features end to end, make architectural decisions, and mentor other developers on the team.

To be clear about what we mean by AI-first: this is not a role for someone who leans on AI tools to cover for weak fundamentals.

We've seen candidates who can move fast with AI assistance but don't actually understand what the code is doing underneath, and that is exactly what we're trying to avoid.

We need someone with genuinely strong, independent coding ability first, someone who could design and build a complex system without any AI tool if they had to, and who then uses AI to work faster and better on top of that foundation.

The AI fluency has to sit on top of real depth, not replace it.

What sets this role apart is that on top of that solid technical base, we want someone who has already integrated AI deeply into how they build software, whether that's using AI coding tools to move faster, building AI-powered features into products, or working directly with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.

Part of your job will be helping the rest of our development team level up in how they use AI, and helping us figure out what AI-native development actually looks like for an agency our size.

Build and own full-stack features across frontend and backend for client and internal projects.

Make architectural and technical decisions on projects you lead.

Integrate AI capabilities into client products where it makes sense, from AI coding assistants in the workflow to AI features in the shipped product itself.

Act as a technical reference point for AI-assisted development practices across the team, including tooling choices and workflow design.
