Role Overview

Technology Environment

• The technology environment includes Laravel-based applications and Java services.
• The team values language-agnostic engineering fundamentals and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure, scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop frontend features, backend services, REST APIs, database workflows, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Own features from requirements through deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and support reliable, maintainable systems.
• Participate in code reviews, system design, CI/CD improvements, documentation, and engineering best practices.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, risks, and blockers.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Experience with Laravel-based applications and Java services.
• Strong frontend and backend development experience with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of application design, MVC, data modeling, testing, debugging, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile or iterative development practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a high-speed startup environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows while maintaining code quality and security.

Work Location

• Work location is in person.

Pay

• Pay is ₹80,000 to ₹125,000 per month.
