Position Overview
The company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 7–9 years of hands-on experience.
The role owns web application development from requirements analysis through deployment and works within the technology department.
The position is full-time and located in Greater Noida with in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services and integrate third-party services and payment gateways.
- Design and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Resolve performance, security, and technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
- Manage application deployment and support CI/CD processes.
Frontend Skills
- Strong experience with React.js or Next.js is required.
- JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI development, state management, and frontend optimization are required.
Backend and Database Skills
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks is required.
- REST API development, authentication, authorization, and microservices architecture are required.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL are required.
- Database design, indexing, and query optimization are required.
DevOps and Engineering Tools
- Experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, Linux, and server management is required.
- AWS services, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, distributed systems, application security, performance optimization, and Agile/Scrum experience are preferred.
Qualifications
- The role requires 7–9 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and debugging skills are required.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹700,000–₹900,000 per year.

- The work location is in person in Greater Noida.
