Role Overview

The Senior Full Stack Applications Developer develops and deploys enhancements and new applications for local, networked, cloud-based, and internet-related environments.

The role combines programming, delivery-model, and methodology expertise to produce high-quality software solutions.

The developer collaborates with project teams, business analysts, end-users, developers, and project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications.
  • Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications.
  • Create documentation and procedures for software installation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and programming languages.
  • Help ensure applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless end-user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in software development, specifically application development engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or at least seven years of relevant application development or application engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Java, C++, Python, or Ruby programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Git or Jenkins software development tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications with Java EE or Jakarta EE.
  • Experience with Oracle WebLogic and/or JBoss/WildFly application servers.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong Oracle SQL skills and working knowledge of PL/SQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Understanding of enterprise application architecture, software development best practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Workplace and Travel

  • This position is not hybrid or remote and is located at the Cleveland Headquarters office.
  • The role involves approximately 5% travel.

Compensation

  • The stated wage range for the role is USD 116,671 to USD 150,593 yearly.
