Role Overview
Develop and deploy enhancements and new applications for local, networked, cloud-based, and internet-related computer programs.

What the Role Will Do
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications.
- Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages.
- Create documentation and procedures for software installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and programming languages.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Java, C++, Python, or Ruby programming languages.
- Familiarity with Git or Jenkins software development tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- At least 4 years of software development experience in application development engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Unix Shell, or Jasper.
- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
Technical Skills
- Database management systems, front-end development tools, programming languages, and cloud technologies.
- Software development lifecycle methodology, CI/CD, web services and APIs, and systems integration.
- Software testing, quality assurance, automated testing, containerization, and version control tools.
Workplace
- This position is not hybrid or remote and is located at the Cleveland headquarters office.
