Role Overview
Booking Holdings is seeking a Senior Full Stack Application Developer with expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, open-source technologies, and AI or Generative AI.
The role combines enterprise application development, architecture, SAP modernization, full-stack engineering, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
- Work with SAP CAP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Build, Cloud Foundry, and Kyma.
- Develop side-by-side SAP S/4HANA extensions using SAP BTP.
- Architect full-stack applications with modern frontend, backend, API, database, integration, microservices, and event-driven technologies.
- Identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases using LLMs, conversational AI, intelligent automation, and RAG where appropriate.
- Evaluate AI solutions for scalability, security, privacy, performance, and enterprise readiness.
- Use Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, testing, and DevOps practices.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold technical standards, mentor developers, and provide technical guidance across teams.
