Senior Fulfillment Associate role supporting B2B dispatches across e-commerce and quick-commerce marketplaces.

Location: Mumbai. Experience listed in the source: 2–3 years. Function: Supply Chain.

Manage orders in the system for B2B dispatches across marketplaces and channels.
Complete B2B delivery processing, including packing-list uploads and ad hoc marketplace requirements.
Coordinate with transporters to maintain delivery schedule adherence.
Coordinate with the warehouse team on the daily distribution plan.
Manage return-to-origin activity, closure coordination, and related inventory management.
Prepare daily and weekly fulfillment MIS and track operational KPIs.
Handle daily ad hoc fulfillment activities and procure warehouse packing materials for dispatches.

2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, fulfillment, or supply chain.
Hands-on experience across both e-commerce and quick commerce is mandatory.
Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart.
Experience with WMS and OMS systems.
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or personal care is preferred.
