Role Overview
The Senior Frontend Engineer joins the Design System Engineering team in Sydney.
The team combines frontend engineering and UX expertise to help product teams create fast, accessible, and consistently branded interfaces.
The design system supports more than 30 engineering teams across four countries.
How You Will Create Impact
- Evolve the shared component library, frontend standards, and supporting tools with product and engineering teams.
- Establish standards for consistency, accessibility, and brand expression across a growing product portfolio.
- Improve AI-generated interfaces through standards that automated pipelines can validate.
- Create component documentation and usage rules for engineers and coding agents.
- Design and build production solutions while balancing immediate needs with long-term system health.
- Pair with UX practitioners and help engineers strengthen their design-systems practice.
