About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend engineering practices , preferably with hands-on experience in banking or fintech platforms . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance, secure, and scalable user interfaces for enterprise-level financial applications.
What will you be doing?
Design, develop, and optimize high-quality, responsive, and secure frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
Design scalable frontend architecture and reusable component libraries for enterprise applications.
Drive frontend engineering standards, modularization, and maintainable application structure.
Demonstrate complete ownership of frontend applications by understanding business functionality, user journeys, technical architecture, integrations, and production operations.
Proactively identify improvements, resolve complex issues, and drive technical excellence across the platform.
Work closely with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver seamless banking workflows.

Who are you?
5 to 10 years of hands-on frontend development experience
Experience in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Tailwind / Material UI , PWA
Experience in REST APIs, API integrations, microservices-based architecture
Experience with Redux / Context API
Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, Babel
Strong understanding of frontend security, performance optimization, and best practices
Fintech Experience in banking applications, payments, lending, or financial workflows will be preferred
Exposure to cross-platform or mobile application development technologies such as Flutter, Android, or iOS will be considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
