Team and Role Overview
The Front-End Engineering team builds and maintains next-generation web applications and digital experiences.
The team works in a collaborative Agile environment with product, design, backend, architecture, DevOps, and quality teams.
The Senior Front-End Developer will build scalable and performant applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies.
The role includes architecture decisions, development standards, mentoring, and quality, security, accessibility, and performance ownership.
Work Arrangement
- This is a hybrid position with regular virtual work and in-person responsibilities at an assigned TransUnion office.
- The role requires in-person work at the assigned office for a minimum of two days per week.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable front-end architectures using React.js and TypeScript.
- Develop enterprise-grade applications with React frameworks such as Next.js and Remix.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, bundle sizes, and caching strategies.
