Role Overview

Key Requirements

• Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Good command of English is required for international communication.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE freight-forwarding experience is required.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Dubai Trade and Mirsal 2 is required.
• Excellent knowledge of Jebel Ali Port and Dubai Customs procedures is required.
• Experience preparing and processing Bills of Entry is required.
• Experience handling import, export, transit and re-export declarations is required.
• Strong experience with LCL shipments is required.
• Knowledge of FCL, air freight and road freight is advantageous.
• Understanding of HS Codes, customs duties and required clearance documentation is required.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS facilities, transporters and customs is required.
• Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage freight-forwarding operations for import, export, transit and re-export shipments.
• Prepare and process Bills of Entry and related customs clearance documentation.
• Follow exit papers and follow up shipments worldwide.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS facilities, transporters and customs.

Workplace

• Work location is Dubai, UAE.
• Work is in person and on site.
• Candidates must be able to commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
