About the Role
Marcon is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for its Financial Planning, Analysis & Risk team.
The role supports financial analysis, performance management, and risk-informed decision-making across corporate operations and the property portfolio.
The position reports to the Director, FP&A and Risk.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop integrated financial models, forecasts, and executive reporting for business and project performance.
- Provide visibility into liquidity and capital requirements and translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Support lender, joint venture partner, and insurer reporting requirements.
- Perform financial and operational risk analysis and coordinate insurance activities.
- Improve forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow visibility, and management reporting.
