About the Role
Winn Financial Management is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its international fintech operations. The role focuses on financial modelling, reporting, dashboards, and market analysis to support strategic decisions across remittances, payments, FX, and consumer lending.

Responsibilities
- Combine subsidiaries monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with variance analysis
- Own driver based financial models for core business lines covering revenue, margin, unit economics, and scenario analysis
- Develop and automate dashboards and KPI reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI/analytics tools
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing, including business cases for new products, partnerships, and lending programmes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across fintech, payments, and consumer lending
- Partner with Accounting to ensure data accuracy and support cash flow, working capital, and regulatory/audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, ideally in fintech or financial services
- ACCA, CIMA, or CFA (completed or at advanced level) preferred
- Strong Excel skills (advanced modelling), Power BI, and practical use of AI enabled tools
- Solid understanding of financial statements and key financial ratios
- Experience in market and competitor analysis with strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Clear communication skills and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

The Role
- Senior Financial Analyst to support remittances, payments, FX, and secured and unsecured consumer lending in a fast paced fintech environment.
- Focus on financial modelling, reporting, dashboards, and market and competitor analysis that shape strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Combine subsidiaries monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with clear variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Own driver based financial models for core business lines covering revenue, margin, unit economics, and scenario analysis.
- Develop and automate dashboards and KPI reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI and analytics tools to monitor performance and profitability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing, including business cases for new products, partnerships, and lending programmes on regular and ad hoc basis.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across fintech, payments, and consumer lending, turning insights into recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications
