About the Role
Join JLL's project management consultancy team as a Senior Forensic Delay Analyst on a major giga project in Riyadh.
Provide expert delay analysis, claims management support, and dispute resolution services for a significant infrastructure development.
Forensic Analysis and Claims
- Conduct forensic delay analysis and critical path methodology assessments to identify, quantify, and document project delays.
- Review delay and disruption claims and produce expert reports.
- Analyze complex construction programmes using Primavera P6.
- Evaluate extension of time claims and disruption events to establish liability and quantum.
- Apply Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis, and As-Planned vs As-Built methodologies.
Programme Review and Performance
- Review baseline programmes, progress updates, and schedule narratives.
- Assess contractor performance and compliance.
- Prepare reports on delay causation, concurrent delays, and acceleration impacts.
Team Collaboration
- Mentor junior analysts and develop team capabilities.
