Requirements
- The skills and qualifications you'll need-
- Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and mobile app development .
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI-powered services.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience in developing web applications and PWAs with Flutter is considered beneficial.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS would be an added benefit.
- Soft Skills:
- Communication : Excellent written and oral communication skills. Conveys effectively to customers, team, and team leaders to yield desired results.
- Time Management & Prioritising : Builds the time plan for self and team to deal with multiple and complex tasks.
