About The Role
You’ll be the heart of Bloomera’s daily operations: crafting elegant bouquets and vase
arrangements, chatting with customers on WhatsApp, confirming orders, and coordinating
on-time delivery.
This role blends hands-on floristry with a concierge-style customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, condition, and arrange flowers to brand standards (hand-tied, bag bouquets,
- vases, bridal pieces).
- Manage WhatsApp chats: guide size tiers, confirm budgets, share payment links, and
- capture delivery details.
- Coordinate riders/couriers; share delivery updates and proof-of-delivery with senders.
- Maintain inventory (stems, wraps, vases), cleanliness, and workstation readiness.
Requirements
- Floristry experience (boutique, event, or studio) with a portfolio or Instagram handle.
- Strong written chat etiquette; comfortable using WhatsApp Business and payment links.
- Calm under peak-day pressure; organized and attentive to detail.
- Conversational English
