Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all floral design operations as a Head Florist.
- Design and execute luxury floral arrangements for events, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Create high end, creative bouquets and customized floral concepts.
- Handle flower shop operations including daily sales and walk in client requirements.
- Manage and process orders through online portals and e commerce platforms.
- Maintain inventory management (stock control, wastage reduction, procurement planning).
- Ensure proper flower care, handling, and storage to maintain premium quality.
- Coordinate with event teams for luxury event management and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with high end clients and corporate customers.
- Train and supervise junior florists and shop staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Florist / Head Florist.
- Strong knowledge of flowers, arrangements, and seasonal availability.
- Expertise in luxury bouquet design and event styling.
- Experience handling online orders and floral shop systems.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure for high end events and deadlines.
- Prior experience in luxury floral brands or event companies is a strong advantage.
