- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and care of flowers, balloons, and tools.
- Assist with event setup and on site installations when required.
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in floristry and balloon installations
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work in a fast paced, luxury environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Overview

- The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, balance, and design, and is passionate about creating high quality floral and balloon arrangements for premium clients.
